The Property
The property is an anomaly of sorts. Twenty-five acres within the actual city limits of Toccoa give it the “country farm” feel, with the convenient amenities of town right around the corner, including restaurants, bars, antique shops, and a historic train station. In fact, for those coming up into the mountains from Atlanta, consider using the train for your wedding party. We can pick up and drop off easily as the train station is a few blocks away.
The property is on top of a ridge overlooking the foothills of the Appalachian mountains, and the beginning of the Chattahoochee National Forest. It is bordered to the north by Toccoa Creek, the largest watershed in the county. Nature trails are available to explore throughout the property, showcasing an assortment of flora and fauna native to the area. Furthermore, Flat Rock Farm is located less than a mile away from Toccoa Falls, a stunning waterfall of 186 feet that is one of the tallest free falling waterfalls east of the Mississippi River. The Farm is located within a few minutes from plentiful waterfalls, lakes, rivers, wineries and mountains. This backyard is the perfect place to plan outings for groups of all ages.
