Flat Rock Farm is strictly a rent-only wedding and event facility unless you book our Platinum All-Inclusive Package. We are happy to assist you in personalizing your needs. We can assist you with the coordination of local and preferred vendors to create a more comprehensive experience at our venue.

Flat Rock Farm is committed to sustainability and the preservation of our natural resources. Therefore, our focus is on smaller gatherings, no more than 100 people. A percentage of the profits of Flat Rock Farm goes towards sustaining and preserving the Southern Appalachian Wilderness.

Our mission is to make your dream come true. In doing so, the following are included in all of our wedding packages.

Outdoor Ceremony

  • Your choice of ceremony sites: A sunny wedding knoll overlooking the Chattahoochee National Forest; A rolling lawn site shaded by a mature cherry tree with a view of the Appalachian Foothills; A ceremony site that overlooks an old growth woodlands area and mountain laurel groves.
  • Silver metal chairs for up to 100 guests
  • Decor items including a draped wedding arch, whiskey barrels, steamer trunks, and vintage doors and windows
  • Setup and teardown by the Flat Rock Farm team 

Indoor Restrooms

  • Located in the OB Cottage 
  • ADA accessible

Onsite Parking

  • Up to 60 cars
  • Assistance and direction provided by parking director

Reception

  • Maximum capacity of up to 100 guests 
  • Assortment of 4, 6, and 8ft rectangular tables 
  • Silver metal chairs for up to 100 guests
  • Set up and teardown of tables and chairs by the Flat Rock Farm team 
  • Dance floor area with a designated area for a DJ or band that includes a wagon wheel and string lights 
  • Choice of the cantina bar area or a movable bar 
  • String lights and fairy lights to create the perfect ambiance 
  • Separate buffet serving and setup room for caterers

  • 4 hours of event time at the venue on a day of choice (this time can be split up between preparation, rehearsal, the actual event, clean up, etc. and begins when the first vendor/guest arrives) for up to 10 guests.
  • Up to 10 additional guests allowed at $30/person
  • Bride and Bridesmaids Holding Area
  • Groom and Groomsmen Holding Area
  • Ceremony site setup of all wood theater chairs and décor.
