The Knoll is our most popular ceremony site, accommodating up to 150 guests. With sweeping views of rolling pastures, valleys, and the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains and Chattahoochee National Forest, it’s the perfect backdrop for a once-in-a-lifetime moment.
Our newest ceremony site is nestled deep among old-growth trees, surrounded by forest and ravines on every side. The Woodlands creates an intimate, enchanted feeling—perfect for couples who dream of saying their vows in the heart of nature.
Less than 2 miles away, Toccoa Falls is taller than Niagara and one of Georgia’s most iconic natural wonders. Waterfall ceremonies here can be facilitated through our Flat Rock Farm Plus Packages to make your day as seamless as possible: set-up and breakdown of chairs, an officiant, a basic sound system, and décor accents. After the waterfall ceremony, the celebration continues at Flat Rock Farm’s reception spaces, the closest wedding venue to Toccoa Falls.

Connected to the OB Cottage, the Cantina is a lively bar-style space with mountain views and sliding barn doors. Guests provide their own beverages, and we can provide the bartender, making it a flexible spot for toasts, cocktails, or casual mingling.
Once used for beekeeping, this open-air pavilion now welcomes guests with fairy lights, a wagon wheel chandelier, and views of the farmland. Perfect for dining, dancing, or both, it creates an inviting atmosphere for lively celebrations.
Our 50’x30’ white pavilion tent hold up to 80 guests for reception dinners, and houses a variety of table and chair layouts for the big wedding reception meal.

Wander through our 30 acres of woodland trails designed by our family, who have a lifelong passion for outdoor education and wilderness. Perfect for portraits or a quiet escape. One of our trails follows Toccoa Creek, the same river that flows over Toccoa Falls, for over 1,000 linear feet along the river bank.

Ample parking for up to 80 cars is located just steps from the main venue, with multiple levels for easy traffic flow and a designated handicap-accessible drop-off.
