Events at Flat Rock Farm

Host birthdays, reunions, showers, church gatherings, team building, office parties, holiday and retirement celebrations. We can accommodate up to 150 guests outdoors across 25 scenic acres, or up to 50 guests indoors when weather is a factor. Available on weekdays and weekends during our non‑peak wedding season: January, February, March, July, August, and December.

Use of the entire venue (gardens, porches, Cantina & Honey House Pavilion)
Tables, chairs, and tablecloths (white or black)

Event Pricing

All prices subject to change.

40 guests or fewer $150 / hour
41 guests or more $200 / hour

Three‑hour minimum for all events.

Note: While cooking cannot take place within the venue, guests may use two refrigerators/freezers to keep items cold and a stove to keep items warm.

Retreats at Flat Rock Farm

We welcome wellness & yoga, team building, creative writing, art, faith‑based gatherings, marriage retreats, outdoor adventure, and personal growth. We are primarily an outdoor venue accommodating up to 40 guests onsite. Our onsite cottages sleep up to 25 guests, with additional lodging nearby.

All prices subject to change. Retreats are limited to 40 people. Available on weekdays and weekends during non‑peak wedding season (Jan, Feb, Mar, Jul, Aug, Dec).
